After finding hiking boots too slippy and gardening gumboots too cold on last year’s ice and snow, needed something that avoided pratfalls and freezing feet! These boots will certainly do the job. Rubber sole with a thick, close-fitting fleece inner. Unlike some reviewers, I found the sizing accurate (the size 5 is indeed a size 5 and fits well). The zip isn’t too tight to accommodate my (larger than most) calves either! This stockist charges the best price I could find for them at time of purchase.

I like this product as it is good price for what you get. The inside fleece layer keeps your feet warm during cold winter months. I use them for dog walk so my feet won’t get wet when it is rainy or walking through those muddy woodlands.
These boots are quite spacious, I suffer from bad circulation so I wear 2 pairs of socks (one pair thick, one pair normal) with them and still feel room at the heel! However it doesn’t really bother me because you can secure them using the straps.
I’ve been wearing them almost daily for about a month now, I am still happy with them.
